Key Benefits and Actions

  • Liposomal vitamin C for enhanced absorption and GI comfort
  • Potent antioxidant support for immune health
  • Supports healthy histamine levels and mast cell stabilization

Who Needs Liposomal Vitamin C

Your body cannot make vitamin C. It must be obtained daily from your nutrition.

This essential vitamin supports numerous health benefits. Healthy immunity, skin, hair, nails, detoxification, and proper histamine metabolism are not possible without vitamin C.

When supplementing vitamin C, it’s critical to choose a delivery form that enhances absorption. One that minimizes potential GI side effects from supplementation while protecting the vitamin C from degradation by digestive enzymes, oxidation, microbes, and stomach acid.

Liposomal Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and immune support formula. Each serving provides 1,000 mg of vitamin C packaged in soy-free liposomes to enhance absorption and delivery.

Liposomal Vitamin C provides vitamin C as sodium ascorbate and ascorbic acid. Each teaspoon contains a potent serving (1 gram) of vitamin C in a bioavailable liposomal delivery system. People love getting their daily vitamin C from this delicious liquid formula!

Vitamin C is essential for your immune system, histamine metabolism, collagen production, enzyme function, and more. However, the high doses found in dietary supplements can cause gastrointestinal (GI) upset due to low absorption and bioavailability.

Liposomal Vitamin C is ideal for those seeking a potent, effective, and well-tolerated vitamin C supplement. Liposomal technology supports optimal protection, absorption, and delivery of vitamin C to your cells. This can reduce GI upset and side effects experienced from vitamin C supplements.

 Liposomal Vitamin C supports healthy:

  • Aging and vitality
  • Antioxidant levels
  • Collagen production
  • Connective tissue and cartilage formation
  • DAO production
  • Detoxification
  • Enzyme function
  • Glutathione recycling
  • Histamine metabolism
  • Immune system function
  • Mast cell stabilization
  • Skin, hair, and nails
  • Wound repair

When it comes to supplementing vitamin C, the delivery method is crucial.  Liposomal Vitamin C delivers unparalleled potency and purity where you need it most...inside your cells. It’s never been easier (or tastier!) to get your daily dose of C.

Key Ingredients In Liposomal Vitamin C

  • Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate and ascorbic acid): Supports immune system function, antioxidant and enzyme activity, histamine metabolism via DAO production, collagen production, and mast cell stability.
  • Non-GMO Sunflower Phospholipid Complex: Our soy-free phospholipid complex protects vitamin C through the GI tract. This greatly enhances cellular bioavailability, delivery, absorption, and utilization. It can also reduce the GI side effects experienced with some vitamin C supplements. The non-hydrogenated phospholipids, phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine, are derived from GMO-free sunflower oil.

Why Liposomal Vitamin C Works

Why Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C Works

Vitamin C, also known as L-ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin. While many mammals and animals can synthesize their own, humans are missing the last enzyme in the gulonolactone oxidase pathway rendering us unable to make vitamin C. You must obtain this essential vitamin daily from diet or supplements.

Vitamin C is an essential cofactor for several enzyme reactions in the body. These include synthesizing collagen, carnitine, tyrosine, neurotransmitters, and regulating gene expression.

Vitamin C is one of the most foundational and well-studied nutrients for its antioxidant and immune health properties. As an antioxidant, vitamin C has potent reducing capabilities. By readily donating its electrons, vitamin C quenches free radicals such as hydroxyl and superoxide radicals, known to contribute to many health issues. It also works with other antioxidants to create a stronger, synergistic antioxidative effect. For example, it has been shown that vitamin C enhances tocopherol (vitamin E) activity as a co-antioxidant.

As a cofactor, vitamin C also supports healthy histamine levels by aiding histamine metabolism, DAO production, and mast cell stabilization.

Histamine is stored in and released from mast cells. Once released, histamine is metabolized by enzymes that include diamine oxidase (DAO). However, DAO activity can be reduced or slowed, allowing histamine to accumulate in the body. This can be caused by inflammatory factors or genetic variations. Slowed DAO enzymes can lead to high histamine levels, histamine sensitivity, or histamine intolerance. The histamine pathway and many others can be explored in the StrateGene® Report.

Vitamin C can help support histamine balance through several mechanisms. It has been shown to support the slower release of histamine from mast cell storage. It also aids in healthy DAO production, which supports your ability to break down histamine. Vitamin C can also inhibit histidine decarboxylase, the enzyme that forms histamine from histidine.

The histamine N-methyltransferase (HNMT) enzyme converts histamine into N-methylhistamine, which can be toxic in high amounts. The monoamine oxidase enzymes, MAOA and MAOB, help to metabolize N-methylhistamine to reduce its levels. Vitamin C helps to increase MAOA and MAOB enzyme activity. This further supports the breakdown of histamine and its byproducts.

Liposomal Vitamin C provides a bioavailable, liposomal form of vitamin C. Vitamin C is prone to destruction from stomach acid, digestive enzymes, intestinal microbes, and oxidative damage. This unique formula protects vitamin C by encasing it inside lipid droplets called liposomes.

Liposomes are tiny phospholipid vesicles that mimic our own cell membranes. In essence, these liposomes shield vitamin C from digestive processes. It can then be absorbed by cells fully intact.

Liposomal Vitamin C greatly enhances:

  • Bioavailability
  • Protection
  • Absorption
  • Cellular update
  • Utilization

While many liposomal products are made using soy, Liposomal Vitamin C is soy-free. It is made from non-hydrogenated phospholipids derived from non-GMO sunflower oil. It is also gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and free from common allergens and artificial colors and flavors.

Liposomal Vitamin C supports optimal vitamin C absorption and utilization. This enhances vitamin C’s ability to support healthy oxidative stress responses, antioxidant function, histamine balance, mast cell stability, and so much more.
